Account and participation information

We process your sign-in identity, email, nickname, profile information and participation history. Profile information includes your date of birth, gender, ethnicity, weight, language and country or state of residence. IP-based location and technical information help determine availability, protect accounts and prevent fraud.

Camera, microphone and conversations

Setup checks send camera images and short microphone recordings to service providers for automated evaluation, including AI. Camera checks assess recording quality and framing, not identity. Participation videos may show your face, expressions and movements. Participation calls record your voice and video, together with timing, device, connection and playback information. Uploaded recordings, transcripts, annotations and derived information support quality review, participant rewards, AI research, model development and commercial datasets as described in the consent agreement. Our service providers process data on our behalf; recordings and related data may also be provided to research and commercial partners under that agreement.

You choose whether to join a recording session and whether to submit its recording. A recording you delete before upload is not submitted to our dataset. The solo practice call does not record or upload a participation recording.

Security, retention and your choices

Data is encrypted in transit. Uploaded recordings are stored with cloud service providers in the United States; other processing may occur internationally. Setup images are processed temporarily and are not saved in our application database or participation datasets. Providers may retain request data under their terms. Evaluation results and measurements may remain in session or recording metadata without a fixed automatic expiration. We retain account, recording and associated data for the purposes and periods explained in our Privacy Policy and Recording Consent, including research, security and legal obligations. Submitted data may be de-identified or incorporated into datasets and models; those outputs may no longer be separable or linked to your account.
